Terms & Conditions 7 Cuci

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 7 Cuci ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the 7 Cuci platform, including the website, mobile application, customer support services, and all other features provided by 7 Cuci.

By accessing, registering for, or using any 7 Cuci service, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by 7 Cuci from time to time. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To register for and use the 7 Cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7 Cuci does not permit individuals who are underage to use any of our services under any circumstances.
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online betting activities are absolutely prohibited under local law.
• Not currently serving an active self-exclusion period at 7 Cuci or any affiliated platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under the care of a guardian or trustee.
• Registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

7 Cuci reserves the right at any time to request verification of a member's age or eligibility. Failure to fulfil a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is only permitted to hold ONE (1) active account on the 7 Cuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances and winnings.

Upon registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, an active phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential. 7 Cuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Notify 7 Cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and payment method.

7 Cuci accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in the same member's name. 7 Cuci does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have been made by a third party, 7 Cuci reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account in question pending the outcome of an investigation.

7 Cuci members are eligible to make withdrawals subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow are processed within 15 to 60 minutes on standard business days.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the bank concerned.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 7 Cuci reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC documents, payment method verification) before approving large withdrawals.
• Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or breach of terms are void and ineligible for withdrawal.

7 Cuci does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, financial institutions or third-party e-wallet providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

7 Cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, weekly cashback, daily rebates, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the following conditions:

• One welcome bonus per member only for each new member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will be subject to action.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the respective bonus terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stipulated time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled without notice.
• 7 Cuci reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Using low-risk hedging strategies specifically to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.

All games on 7 Cuci — including video slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), table games, and specialty games — are powered by software from licensed and reputable providers such as Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming, and SA Gaming.

• All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified, or in the case of Live Casino, by real human dealers operating under strict supervision.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or disruption during an active round or hand, the affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by 7 Cuci and the respective game providers. These limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• 7 Cuci reserves the right to decline, withhold, or void any bet suspected of involving fraud, exploitation of software bugs, or the use of automated software (bots).

7 Cuci's Sports Betting module covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), esports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), and a wide range of other sports. Additional rules apply to Sports Betting:

• All bets are final once accepted by the 7 Cuci system. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation except in the case of a clear system error.
• For bets involving postponed, cancelled, or early-terminated matches, specific settlement rules will apply as outlined in our Sports Betting guide.
• Odds offered are based on real-time market data and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Live betting is subject to availability and may not be offered for all matches or all bet types at all times.
• Accumulator bets carry a higher level of risk. If any leg of an accumulator bet is voided or cancelled, the entire accumulator will be affected in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7 Cuci platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any computer programs to access or play on the 7 Cuci platform.
• Exploiting technical bugs, software vulnerabilities, or odds display errors for unfair advantage.
• Credit/debit card fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing another person to play using your account.
• Abusing the bonus system through low-risk betting designed solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus abuse or bonus whoring).
• Threats, intimidation, or harassment directed at 7 Cuci customer support staff or other members.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games.

A 7 Cuci account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Upon member request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. All eligible balances will be returned to you once the standard review process is complete.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who need a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 7 Cuci is fully committed to responsible gaming.
• Regarding actions by 7 Cuci: 7 Cuci reserves the right to close the account of any member found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or found to have provided false information during registration.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, 7 Cuci is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation and reserves the right to withhold all associated funds until the investigation is complete.

7 Cuci respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. Our data handling policy is set out in detail in Privacy Policy of ours that form part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, 7 Cuci will:

• Collecting only the information necessary to deliver our services effectively and meet legal compliance requirements.
• Protecting your data using 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate technical security measures.
• Not selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in the handling of members' personal information.

7 Cuci provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7 Cuci is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred from playing on the 7 Cuci platform. Gambling carries financial risk, and members are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to keep your password confidential.
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game providers or match results issued by sports governing bodies.

7 Cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our website unless stated otherwise. We will notify members of material changes via registered email or an on-platform notice.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
